Moving house sucks balls but it does help you find stuff you totally forgot about. This is one hard drive’s random gold that i have found from back in the early days of Minty.Fresh!
This first dump is from circa 2009/2010
Let the random photo dumping begin!
Its coming. Finalboss Drift Matsuri held at Driftland in Scotland, UK.
Over the course of the last 6 months of so, a bunch of us have been prepping and upgrading our cars, to get them tuned in and ready for this weekend of banter.
FINALBOSS was an invite only sorta deal, Minty.Fresh were honoured to be invited along and figured we should probably bring our A game to the tables.. This would require alot of time, cash and seat time.
Minty.Fresh will be represented by 4 drivers on the weekend. Myself in the JZX100 Chaser, Mr D in his NA6 Eunos, Jites in his s14a and Pete, In his turbo charged SXE10 Altezza. Well people, the home of Driftworks Awesomefest.. has fears of being shut down; due to noise complaints from the local old people. (Why move to a village with a race track .. then complain, who knows. They will eventually all die out anyway) HOWEVER. We need people on board for this.
Help spread the word – Share this post on Facebook, Twitter, or what ever other social media website you use. Tell your mates, etc. The thing is, If they do this to Mallory.. then there is nothing to say they wont start stripping the other tracks away aswell. So get this signed for sake of all of us. For the sake of motorsports fans like us all.

MX5 Convoy to Mallory Park.
Minty.Fresh are based far far north of Mallory Park, as im sure alot of people reading this are. However your location is besides the point. This is an important topic for all of us involved. I have had the pleasure of drifting this track, and I would do it again in a heart beat If I could.. Lets keep the track going!
Thanks very much.
The one thing I find amazing is that when the guys over on GD (Gaijin Drift) build a car, they do shit right. Its as if their time spent in Japan knocks a sense of perfection into their builds which when moved back stateside.. remains with them. We have seen this with Phil and some others and Russ is no different.
No rota’s, no racelands, no half measures, everything done the way it should be.
Its time to dig up some old photo’s. Here’s some of an R35 which wondered into my line of site.
There’s something about a GTR.. I can put my finger on it.
Anyway, I had the chance to take a couple of photo’s of the car sitting across from my house.. Nothing special, just a GTR, with all the toys.
The Nissan Micra is well-known in the UK for being a granny mobile, its small cheap to run and cheap to insure. Granny’s love them for doing the weekly shop at Tesco’s. In Japan however the March (JDM Micra) are little pocket rockets, modified to within an inch of their lives.
