The old saying above is true, not one individual can achieve success alone, it takes a team of people to create one vision and be able to act upon it.
As a group of individuals it’s hard to not get carried away with your own ideas no matter how good they seem but it also works in reverse, sometimes as individuals we aren’t pushing ourselves far enough.
Its a Thursday afternoon, I’m standing in a garage on a driveway with a half built chaser parked on it, down the road sits a fully battle ready JZ Altezza and we are waiting on a recently painted, recently rebuilt, recently Duce kitted MX5 to appear. All for one reason a photoshoot only its absolutely pissing down with rain, dark and generally shit for photos
At this point in time all of the people in that garage are focussed on one goal, the goal that has kept us up at night, work on cars until 5am, learn how to paint cars, learn how to cut vinyl, learn how to do complete engine swaps and most importantly the goal that drives us to work as a team ……… Drifting
Drifting isn’t the only goal here but it outlines the main reasons why we do what we do, with the weather looking more grim the team kicked into action once again and with the help of some connections we managed to secure a barn on a very quiet farm in the rural country side.
Chaser manoeuvred into position to refit the aero and with the shoot location confirmed the final piece of the puzzle was sorted.
And so that was that, the months of restless nights, stressful days and hard work had finally come to fruition
Some final sticker preparations were completed and then as if by some kind of weird intervention the weather decided to become part of the team and the rain stopped.
Im not gonna say too much more but below are the pictures of the cars, theres no spec lists as these can be found on various forums on the net.
Lets just put this out there ………. the whole experience was worth it, we became stronger people with one common goal, to build good looking, low badass cars.
Of course we are one team but all have diverse tastes, this is what keeps us together and push each other forward
Without the help of the one and only Hero of Hero Prints the teams vision wouldn’t have been possible!
While we are on the subject, the wolf symbolises the strong body and mental attitude to survive, its also a fitting tribute to the OG member of Minty.Fresh Spooky Chan Mints Husky who has been with us from the beginning!
We always have to rep the guys who push us forward from all around the world.
And of course have some time out for IG posts!
With a massive checklist complete we all know this isn’t the end, events have still to be attended, hills hit up and other team members to get their shit together and get cars built they have been promising to unleash for a while. But one thing is without doubt, the whole team will be on hand to push, assist and all above all else inspire.
