Ladies and gentlemen, may I introduce to you Mr.Greg Gordon
Greg not only owns this super shiny, decked Lupo but he has also become the resident M.F.C painter!
In the coming weeks you will see what we mean but you will have already seen some of his awesome work which was Soph’s S15
He is/and will be responsible for the up and coming paint jobs on Mints Chaser,Jites S14 and Pete’s Altezza but more of that in the coming weeks.
For now lets concentrate on this awesome little Lupo.
First thing you notice (or at least I did) is the super deep blue paint work that was standard on the car.
Raven Blue is pretty rare with only 60/70 true raven blue Lupo GTi’s left in the UK
The front bumper is the OEM version with Greg’s own smooth touch
Of course any self-respecting VAG driver could be without the VW scenes main staple of BBS rims
The BBS RM’s here look sick! Greg got some wider Radinox barrels for them and gave the Lupo wider feet.
8″ to be exact and he also kept the offsets low at ET 13, I’m sure you will agree the 15″ rims look boss!
With the rims sorted the car needed the drop to match so Greg contacted another company big in the VW game (KW) to provide the coil overs. The car rocks the K1 Variant model and they make sure the handling of the car matches the look.
The 1600 cc engine copes fine just all on its own but Greg decided to give it a little bit of added grunt with the addition of a BMC intake Kit and a Turriff Tyres custom exhaust.
With the exterior sorted, the interior was next. Recaro CS seats are up front along with a OMP wheel and Takata Harness
The rear is fully stripped to save some weight, which is ideal even if the added noise from the custom exhaust deafen’s Greg and his passenger whenever they are on the road lol
I’m sure you will agree the car is pretty fly but I really can’t wait to show you what Greg can also do behind the spray gun ……..
All in good time my friends! 😉
